B. Authorization of First Modification to Agreement #11510 with Burkhardt Custom for the Provision\nand Installation of Fencing and Gate Access Controls\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction\nor Conversion of Small Structures exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to agreement #11510, in the\namount of $520,000 with Burkhardt Custom (Burkhardt) for the provision and installation\nof fencing and gate access controls for the Public Works Department. This would result in\nthe five-year term amended agreement with a new total amount not to exceed\n$1,000,000, with future year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
