5.\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 7 FOR ON-CALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT AND\nADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE WALK PROJECT\nStaff recommend City Council approve Amendment No. 7 with The Code Group, Inc., in an amount of\n$50,000 for the third contract year for plan check services; in addition to the $408,000 for year three for on-\ncall consulting services (for the Community Development Director position); and authorize the City Manager\nto execute Amendment No. 7 and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and is within the\nCity Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAPPOINTMENTS
