Citrus Avenue Co-\nWorking Project, and Approving Resolution CC 2026-26, Appropriating Funds for the\nPurchase of the Office Pods\nStaff Recommendation:\n1.\nAuthorize the purchase of the proposed office pod booths for an amount not\nto exceed $33,000;\n2.\nApprove Resolution CC 2026-26, appropriating funds to account 1010-0310-\n55100 to allow for the purchase of the office pod booths; and\n3.\nIncrease account 1010-0310-46535 by $60,000 to recognize revenue from a\ndevelopment agreement with Bulletin Displays, LLC.
