Approval of Fiscal Year 2027 Water Supply Strategy and Authorization to\nExecute All Requisite Documents\nStaff Recommendation:\n1.\nApprove the Fiscal Year 2027 water supply strategy outlined in this report;\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute a Temporary Assignment or Lease of\nWater Right Form to assign 383.66 acre feet of Water Production Rights\nfrom the City to an Alternate Water Agency for FY 2027; and\n3.\nAuthorize the City to solicit and lease up to 575 shares of Covina Valley\nWater Company stock for Fiscal Year 2027, and execute a Lease Agreement\nand an Order for Delivery with interested shareholders.
