16. Construction Change Order Presentation for the Urho Saari Swim\nStadium / Plunge Renovation Project\nRecommendation -\n1. Receive and file presentation.\n2. Authorize an additional appropriation of $950,000 from the General Fund\nReserve to the Plunge Capital Improvement Project fund for the\nremaining change orders and continuing the construction management\nservices to complete Urho Saari Swim Stadium / Plunge Renovation\nProject.\n3. Authorize staff to approve the remaining change orders, estimated to be\n$1,350,000 above the already approved $2,000,000, for a change order\ntotal of $3,350,000, to complete the project.\n4.
