Amendment to City Council Policy 200 and Introduction of an Ordinance\nPertaining to Meeting Attendance of Members of City Committees, Boards,\nand Commissions\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Adopt a\nResolution (Attachment A) amending City Council Policy 200-City Council\nAdvisory Committees, Boards, and Commissions (Exhibit A to Attachment A)\nrelated to meeting attendance provisions; and 2) Introduce an Ordinance\n(Attachment C) amending Del Mar Municipal Code (DMMC) Chapter 2.30.020-\nAbsences from Meeting to remove attendance requirements from the code and\ninstead provide that they will be established by Council resolution.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 401-5
