9.\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH LEED ELECTRIC, INC., AND PROJECTLINE\nTECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., FOR ON-CALL WATER FACILITIES ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Change Order No. 2 to the\nConstruction Contract with 3M Construction Corporation, of Anaheim, California, for the\nLatimer Field Concession and Restroom Renovation Project at John Galvin Park, in the\namount of $142,768, which includes $48,378 in additional funds and $94,390 from\npreviously approved contingency, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$1,086,667; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but not limited to, agreements, easements,\nreduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within the authorization limits,\nand filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all construction-related activities.\nThat the City Council approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement ("Agreement") and authorize the\nCity Manager, or his designee, to execute and implement any and all contracts, agreements,\nand other documents required to effectuate the Agreement.\nThat the City Council adopt an Ordinance amending Section 6-8.51 of Chapter 8B of Title 6 of\nthe Ontario Municipal Code related to water service fees.\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING\nSECTION 6-8.51 OF CHAPTER 8B OF TITLE 6 OF THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING\nTO WATER SERVICE FEES AND FINDING THAT SUCH ACTION DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A PROJECT\nSUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT UNDER STATE CEQA GUIDELINES\nSECTION 15378 AND IS OTHERWISE EXEMPT FROM CEQA UNDER STATE CEQA GUIDELINES\nSECTION 15061(B)(3).\nMASTER PLANNING SERVICES\n20260421 Leed Electric PSA^01.pdf\n20260421 ProjectLine PSA^01.pdf
