Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a three-year Professional Services\nAgreement with Leed Electric, Inc., of Santa Fe Springs, California for On-Call Water\nFacilities Electrical Systems and Master Planning Services in the amount of $200,000 per\nyear for a three-year total not-to-exceed amount of $600,000 and a term from July 1,\n2026 to June 30, 2029, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to two additional\none-year term extensions consistent with City Council approved budgets.\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a three-year Professional Services\nAgreement with Projectline Technical Services, Inc., of Costa Mesa, California for On-Call\nWater Facilities Electrical Systems and Master Planning Services in the amount of\n$350,000 per year for a three-year total not-to-exceed amount of $1,050,000 and a term\nfrom July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to\ntwo additional one-year term extensions consistent with City Council approved budgets.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No.\n14 to the Maintenance Services Agreement with American Threat Assessment Consulting, Inc.\n(A.T.A.C.), of Rancho Cucamonga, California, in the amount of $42,906 for security camera\ninstallation at the Ontario Police Department, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$3,221,364.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 9 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with CalTek Technologies, Inc., (CalTek) of Ontario,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $23,512 for low-voltage cabling at the Ontario Police Department,\nfor a total not-to-exceed contract of $649,244.

Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Change Order No. 2 to the\nConstruction Contract with 3M Construction Corporation, of Anaheim, California, for the\nLatimer Field Concession and Restroom Renovation Project at John Galvin Park, in the\namount of $142,768, which includes $48,378 in additional funds and $94,390 from\npreviously approved contingency, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$1,086,667; and\nB.
