5.\nA SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ASSOCIATED PHARMACIES, INC., J M SMITH\nCORPORATION, MORRIS AND DICKSON CO., LLC, LOUISIANA WHOLESALE DRUG\nCOMPANY, INC., NORTH CAROLINA MUTUAL WHOLESALE DRUG COMPANY, INC., AND\nUNITED NATURAL FOODS, INC.\nMinutes for the regular meetings of the City Council and Housing Authority of March 17, 2026,\nand approving same as on file in the Records Management Department.\nBills March 20, 2026 through April 2, 2026, and Payroll March 8, 2026 through March 21, 2026.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No.\n1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc., of Riverside, California, to\nprovide construction management services for the Fourth Street Storm Drain, Water Main, and\nStreet Improvements Project in the amount of $418,750 for a total not-to-exceed contract\namount of $758,126, and extend the contract through June 4, 2029.\nThat the City Council adopt a Resolution for recovery of fees and costs incurred in abating\nproperty and dangerous building violations, as well as administrative citations and civil\npenalties associated with property maintenance violations, and placing assessments on the\nSan Bernardino County Tax Rolls.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A\nREPORT REQUESTING THE PLACEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY TAX BILLS\nFOR CIVIL PENALTIES OR RECOVERY OF COSTS INCURRED FOR ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS OF\nCITY CODES AND ORDINANCES.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to opt into a Settlement\nAgreement with opioid distributors, and execute documents necessary to implement the\naction.\nSETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AMONG PARTICIPATING SUBDIVISIONS AND\nREMNANT DEFENDANTS.pdf\nSix Remnant Defendants.pdf
