5.5 AMENDED AND RESTATED NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION\nSYSTEM (NPDES) STORMWATER PERMIT IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT\n(Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve and adopt a Resolution that authorizes the Mayor to execute and\nsign the Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination\nSystem (NPDES) Stormwater Permit Implementation Agreement; and\n2) Approve the Amended and\nRestated NPDES Stormwater Permit\nImplementation Agreement.\nItem No. 5.5
