5.6 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES, INC., TO\nPROVIDE\nCONTINUED\nON-CALL\nPROFESSIONAL\nCIVIL\nENGINEERING,\nBUILDING AND SAFETY, PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION CONSULTING\nSERVICES (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 4 to the current Professional Services\nAgreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., for continued On-Call\nProfessional Civil Engineering, Building & Safety, Plan Review and\nInspection Consulting Services, which amendment increases the total\nmaximum not-to-exceed compensation amount by\n$32,000, from\n$2,565,000 to $2,597,000 through the end of the current contract term;\nand\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 4 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc.\nItem No. 5.6
