10.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Amendment to the Agreement for\nReimbursement of Costs for Architectural Design Fees for\nthe Conversion of Old Fire Station No. 1 with the\nOceanside Museum of Art to allow the City’s $600,000\ncontribution to be provided as an advance rather than\nreimbursement;\n2. Approve the Agreement for Distribution of Grant Funds\nbetween the City of Oceanside and the Oceanside Museum\nof Art for the administration and distribution of California\nNatural Resources Agency (CNRA) General Fund Specified\nGrant funds; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment\nand agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.\n26-1357\nCity Council:
