12. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of the City of La Verne 2025 Urban Water\nManagement Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan Update. The proposed item\nconsiders adoption of the City’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage\nContingency Plan Update, which updates the City’s long-term water supply planning and drought\nresponse framework in accordance with State requirements.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing on the City's 2025 Urban Water Management Plan Update and\nWater Shortage Contingency Plan and\n2. Adopt a resolution titled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nLA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT\nPLAN UPDATE"; and\n3.
