Adopt Resolution 7395 denying the appeal and denying Reasonable\nAccommodation 22-1 in part, with respect to carport-like accessory structure,\nand approving Reasonable Accommodation 22-1, in part, as modified, with\nconditions, to allow encroachments into the required rear and side yard\nsetbacks of specified nonconforming and non-permitted accessory\nstructures/patio covers in the backyard, on a conforming property in the\nResidential Low Density (RLD-9) Zone.)
