10.\nApprove Change Order for Purchase and Upfitting of Seven Replacement Police\nVehicles\nPrepared by:  Nick Mangkalakiri, Director of Public Works\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Change Order No. 1 for the purchase and upfitting of seven replacement police\nvehicles, in the amount of $11,858, and authorize the City Manager to execute the change\norder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any change orders up to 5% of the\ntotal original amount ($648,847); and\n2. Authorize an appropriation increase in the amount of $32,500 in the City's Capital\nReplacement Fund for Change Order No. 1 and future contingency.
