Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any change orders up to 5% of the\ntotal original amount ($648,847); and\n2. Authorize an appropriation increase in the amount of $32,500 in the City's Capital\nReplacement Fund for Change Order No. 1 and future contingency.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City to enter into Settlement Agreements with six\nregional distributors/dispenser defendants to resolve lawsuits accusing opioid manufacturers\nand distributors of mishandling opioid pain drugs, agree to the terms of the related State-\nSubdivision Agreement, and authorize entry into the related State-Subdivision Agreement\nwith the Attorney General.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute all documents related to this\nsettlement and all future opioid-related settlements.
