14.\nApprove an Agreement for Animal Care Services\nPrepared by: Jeff Draper, Director of Recreation and Community Services\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a five-year Animal Care Services Agreement with the County of Orange for\nanimal control services, animal care shelter services, and field services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the annual Notice of Intent during the five-year\nterm of the Animal Care Services Agreement.
