Atlantic Boulevard (APN: 5244-014-905)\nas Surplus Land in accordance with the Surplus Land Act, authorizing staff\nto proceed with issuing a notice of availability of the Surplus Land in the City\nof Commerce, California and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to\ntake all necessary actions to carry out the intent of this Resolution and\nensure compliance with the Surplus Land Act.
