CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDED FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024 - 2028 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\nBUDGET\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Open the public hearing on the City Manager’s Recommended FY 2024 - 2028 Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) Budget; and\n(2) Continue the public hearing to each subsequent regular meeting of the City Council until the City Council\ndetermines that the public hearing may close and then formally adopt the FY 2024 - 2028 CIP Budget.
