7. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ALL AMERICAN BUILDING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZATION\nTO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING, INC. AND RKA\nCONSULTING GROUP FOR THE 2026 SIDEWALK REHABILITATION PROJECT (FUNDING\nSOURCE: MEASURE R FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Award a contract to All American Building Services in the amount of\n$570,000 for the sidewalk removal and replacement components of the 2026\nSidewalk Rehabilitation Project, authorize a ten percent contingency in the\namount of $57,000 for a total amount not to exceed $627,000, and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the agreement;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Precision\nConcrete Cutting, Inc. in the amount of $115,000 for concrete cutting\nservices associated with the 2026 Sidewalk Rehabilitation Project;\nC. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with RKA\nConsulting Group in the amount of $105,300 for inspection and monument\npreservation services; and\nD. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
