6.\nRESOLUTION\n26:011\nAPPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE MULTIPLE EMPLOYER\nOPEB/PENSION 115 TRUST ADMINISTERED BY SHUSTER\nADVISORY GROUP, LLC.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt Resolution 26:011 approving the adoption of the Multiple\nEmployer OPEB/Pension 115 Trust administered by Shuster\nAdvisory Group and the discontinuance of the City’s current\nparticipation in the California Employers’ Retiree Benefit Trust\n(CERBT) administered by California Public Employees’ Retirement\nSystem (CalPERS) and Authorize the City Manager to make\nrevisions consistent with the purpose of the Council’s direction and\nthat do not result in material cost increases to the City.
