E. Approval of Modifications to Recreational Services Agreements To Provide Revenue Supported\nCommunity Classes and Instruction for the Recreation and Arts Department\nRecommended Action\nStaff Recommends that the City Council\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to agreement #5092 in the\namount of $250,000 with Damian Mooney, to provide tennis instruction. This will result in\na two-year amended agreement for a new total amount not to exceed $500,000; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to agreement #5116 in the\namount of $250,000 with Peter Fox, to provide tennis instruction. This will result in a two-\nyear amended agreement for a new total amount not to exceed $500,000;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to agreement #5099 in the\namount of $250,000 with Richard Goldenson, to provide tennis instruction. This will result\nin a two-year amended agreement for a new total amount not to exceed $500,000.
