5.\nCommunity Facilities District No. 11-1; Special Tax Levy Fiscal Year 2026-27. The City\nCouncil, on an annual basis, must authorize the tax levy for Community Facilities District No. 11-\n1 (CFD No. 11-1), a special fire tax for buildings three stories (thirty-five feet) and above or with\nfire flows of 3,500 Gallons Per Minute or more, which was first established in 2011.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution levying a special tax for\nFiscal Year 2026-27 within Community Facilities District No. 11-1, increasing the levy by 3%\npursuant to Ordinance No. 1023.
