CC 12. Amendment No.1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Voltz Commercial Realty\nAdvisors, Inc.\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Voltz\nCommercial Realty Advisors, Inc. for real estate appraisal services.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary documents.\nth\nth\nThe original agreement established a three-year term, expiring May 1, 2026, with a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $120,000 and provisions allowing for two one-year extensions. Since\nexecution, the Consultant has provided appraisal services that support City operations. The\nproposed Amendment No. 1 extends the Agreement for an additional one-year term, through\nMay 1, 2027, and increases the total not-to-exceed contract amount to $220,000 to ensure\ncontinuity of services.
