CC 11. Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 62484 (Located on the Southeast Corner of 25th Street\nEast and Nugent Street)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 62484 located on\nthe southeast corner of 25 Street East and Nugent Street; make findings that this project will\nnot violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1, and 66474.6 of the\nSubdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.\nThe Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Tract Map, has\nbeen approved as to form by the City Surveyor, and complies with the requirements of the\nSubdivision Map Act and the Lancaster Municipal Code. An Undertaking Agreement has\nbeen executed, and improvement securities have been provided to guarantee the installation\nof all required public improvements and survey monuments.
