CC 13. Authority to Procure Supplies from Graybar Electric Company, Inc., for Light Maintenance\nDistrict Annual Replacement Program\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve annual expenditure authority in an amount not to exceed $699,624.00 for the\npurchase of LED light fixtures and related materials from Graybar Electric Company, Inc.,\nthrough Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. EV2370, which expires January 2029.\n2. Grant annual expenditure authority to utilize the cooperative purchasing agreement with\nGraybar Electric Company, Inc., for the duration of the agreement, subject to funding being\napproved through the City’s annual budget process.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute and sign all documents.\nThe City intends to utilize a cooperative purchasing agreement with Graybar Electric\nCompany, Inc., through Omni Partners (Contract No. EV2370), which is valid through\nJanuary 2029. This cooperative contract allows the City to procure light fixtures and related\nmaterials at competitively solicited pricing without conducting a separate bid\nprocess. Granting annual expenditure authority will allow staff to purchase replacement LED\nlight fixtures and related materials as needed to support ongoing lighting district maintenance\nand replacement projects. Funding for these purchases will be subject to appropriation\nthrough the City’s annual budget process.
