F. Approve Modification to Grant Agreement with Chrysalis #11427 to Increase Transitional\nEmployment Services for the Public Works Department\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to grant agreement #11427\n(CCS) in an amount of $490,416 with Chrysalis for increased transitional employment\nservices for the Public Works Department.
