CC 5. Acceptance of Public Works Construction Project No. 23-029 – Avenue L and 5th Street East\nDrainage Improvements\nRecommendation(s):\nAccept the work constructed by R.C. Becker and Son, Inc., of Santa Clarita, California, for\nPublic Works Construction Project (PWCP) No. 23-029, Avenue L and 5 Street East\nDrainage Improvements, and direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the\nproject. Retention on this project shall be disbursed in accordance with California Public\nContract Code Section 7107(c).\nThe proposed project was funded by Drainage Developer Fees. This project included\nconstruction of Master Plan of Drainage inlet, storm drainpipe, water systems, and ancillary\nstreet improvements at the southwest corner of Avenue L and 5th Street East.
