Accept a Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes (Drainage Easement) on a\nportion of a Remainder Parcel as delineated on Final Parcel Map No. 20332; and\n3. Accept an Offer of Dedication for Public Roads, City Highways and Public Utility\nPurposes on a portion of Wildwood Canyon Road and a portion of Colorado Street\nas delineated on Final Parcel Map No. 20332; and\n4. Authorize the recordation of the map from Wildwood Property, LLC.
