F.3.\nAPPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BOOTH MANAGEMENT\nCONSULTING, LLC FOR FISCAL CONSULTANT SERVICES [Y.\nQUARKER, T. CARTER, D. MURRAY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an agreement with\nBooth Management Consulting, LLC to provide fiscal consulting services\nfor the Human Services Division to strengthen fiscal oversight, standardize\nreporting practices, and modernize internal systems supporting social\nservice contracts.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1)\nApprove\nan\nagreement\nwith\nBooth\nManagement Consulting, LLC to provide fiscal consulting services for the\nHuman Services Division in an amount not to exceed $626,738 over a\nthree-year term; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all\ndocuments necessary to implement the agreement.\nseparate discussion are considered at this time.\nCouncil on any item of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the\nCouncil that could not be heard under Item 1 at the beginning of the meeting.\nCOUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS AND MEETING ATTENDANCE REPORTS: This\nportion of the meeting is set aside for general comments, announcements,\nrequests of staff, subcommittee meeting reports, and/or other issues of concern\nfrom members of the City Council.
