NAPPER]:\nSUBJECT: Staff requests that the City Council approve Amendment No.\n1 to the Agreement for Services with Performance Works Consulting, LLC\nto continue providing organizational change and implementation services.\nThe Amendment would extend the term of the agreement through June\n30, 2027, increase the contract amount by $266,640 for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $416,460, and revise the Scope of Work.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Performance Works Consulting, LLC to extend the term\nof the agreement through June 30, 2027, increase the contract amount by\n$266,640 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $416,460; and revise the\nScope of Work to include additional organizational development and\nimplementation services; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee\nto execute all necessary documents.
