B.12. AWARD OF A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH\nIKE SMART CITY, LLC FOR CURBSIDE ELECTRIC VEHICLE\nCHARGING AND INTERACTIVE KIOSKS [H. COLLINS, T. FUHRER]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Public-Private\nPartnership Agreement for curbside electric vehicle charging and\ninteractive kiosks with IKE Smart City, LLC for the deployment, operation,\nand maintenance of curbside electric vehicle charging stations and\ninteractive kiosks throughout West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive an update on a proposed Public-\nPrivate Partnership Agreement with IKE Smart City, LLC, to provide\ndeployment, operation, and maintenance of curbside electric vehicle\ncharging stations and interactive kiosks throughout the City of West\nHollywood; 2) Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the\nAgreement with IKE Smart City, LLC.; and 3) Authorize the City Manager,\nor designee, to execute all documents incident to the Agreement.
