E.1.\nWEHO TARGET VISION ZERO SPEED LIMIT UPDATE AND DRAFT\nDASHBOARD [H. COLLINS, T. FUHRER, D. FENN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing Staff to explore\nwhether to opt in to lower speed limits in school zones early and lowering\nthe speed limit on Harratt Street to 20 mph and receive an update on the\ndraft WeHo Target Vision Zero Dashboard in development.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to explore opting into early\nimplementation of AB 382 for lower prima facie speed limits in school\nzones and report back; 2) Authorize Staff to proceed with a new speed\nzone on Harratt Street (between Hammond Street and San Vicente\nBoulevard) reducing the speed limit to 20 mph to go into effect when other\nfuture speed limit changes are made; and 3) Receive and file an update\non the City’s draft WeHo Target Vision Zero Dashboard in development.
