FUHRER, P.\nPORTWOOD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Steer Davies & Gleave Inc. for the City's Transportation\nDemand Management Program to increase the not-to-exceed amount.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Steer Davies & Gleave Inc. to increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $62,554.00 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$491,089.00; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign and\nexecute all documents related to this Agreement.
