D’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Co-Sponsorship\nAgreement with Capitol Drugs the annual Capitol Drugs Health Fair and\nSample Saturday event, retitled this year to the Russel Ybarra Health Fair\nand Sample Saturday Event by Capitol Drugs occurring on Saturday, May\n16, 2026 at 8578 Santa Monica Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with\nCapitol Drugs for the Russel Ybarra Health Fair and Sample Saturday\nevent occurring on Saturday, May 16, 2026; 2) Approve fee waivers in an\namount not to exceed $1,708, which includes the waiver of Special Event\nfees ($1,000), Encroachment Permit fees ($100), and Parking Meter fees\n($608); and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the agreement.
