GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and\nright of way for street and sidewalk purposes along the West Knoll Drive\nfrontage of the 682 West Knoll, LLC development project located at 862\nWest Knoll Drive. This item is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), acceptance of the Grant of Easement\nfor Public Sidewalk and Parkway Purposes pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nsections 15301 and 15305.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1)\nAdopt\nResolution\nNo.\n26-____:\n“A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 862 WEST KNOLL DRIVE\nIN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City Clerk to\nsubmit a certified copy of the Resolution as well as the Easement in\nExhibit A of Attachment A for recordation by the office of the Recorder of\nthe County of Los Angeles.
