CONTRACT WITH LSA- PACIFIC POCKET MOUSE MONITORING\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with\nLSA Associates for track tube monitoring of the Pacific pocket mouse on City-owned properties\nwithin the Dana Point Headlands Conservation Area; and\n2) Authorize the funding outlined in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
