Approve a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with TK Elevator Corporation for citywide elevator\npreventative maintenance service for a three (3) year term for $33,600 per year, for a total of $100,800. The\nPublic Works Building Division has identified sufficient funds in Fund 490 in the FY 2025-26 budget. No\nadditional appropriation is needed.
