8.\nPROPOSED ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE OPERATION OF E-\nBIKES, BICYCLES AND OTHER REGULATED MOBILITY DEVICES The\nproposed ordinance would establish operational, safety, and enforcement\nregulations for bicycles, electric bicycles, and other regulated mobility\ndevices within the City.
