Phase 2 of the project, the Picnic Shelter\nRenovation, has been budgeted but is not yet complete and is not\nincluded in this Notice of Completion.\nRecommendation: Recommend the City Council: 1. Project\nallocations\nincluded:\n•\nPhase\n1\nPlayground\n-\nInnovative\nPlaygrounds.........................$486,979.04 • Phase 2 Picnic Shelter - Icon\nShelter\nSystems\n.........................$421,864.76\n•\nTotal\nContract\nExpenditures..............................................$908,843.80 The final cost of\nthe playground renovation contract was $486,979.04, with no change\norders under the original scope of work. Phase 2 (Picnic Shelter\nRenovation) is currently in progress and will be presented to City Council\nfor acceptance at a later date.
