16.\nSECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH AGE WELL\nSENIOR SERVICES, INC. FOR SENIOR BUS TRANSPORTATION\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Second Amendment to the\nAgreement with Age Well Senior Services, Inc. with a compensation\namount of $307,786.65 for Senior Bus Transportation Services. 2.\nAuthorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the Second\nAmendment to the Agreement with Age Well Senior Services, Inc.,\nsubstantially in the form attached.\nCITY MANAGER'S REPORT\nAt this time, the City Manager may comment on agenda and non-agenda items; and report on items of interest to the City Council\nand community.\nCITY COUNCIL COMMENTS\nAt this time, City Council Members may comment on agenda or non-agenda matters. No discussion may take place on any item\nnot appearing on the posted agenda.
