6.\nApproval of Orange County Stormwater Program Implementation Agreement\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge\nElimination System Stormwater Permit Implementation Agreement between\nthe County of Orange, Orange County Flood Control District, and\nparticipating Orange County cities including Laguna Niguel; and,\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute the Agreement, subject to the\nCity Attorney making non-substantive changes, and any related documents\nnecessary to implement the terms of the Agreement.
