7.c.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 26-029,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO SUBAWARD AGREEMENT\nENP252608 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH EL MONTE AND COUNTY\nOF LOS ANGELES FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM\nSERVICES\nAmendment No. 2 to Subaward Agreement ENP252608 ("Agreement")\nbetween the City of South El Monte ("City") and the County of Los Angeles\nAging and Disabilities Department ("County") will allow the City to receive\nadditional funding from the County through the Modernizing Older\nCalifornians Act ("MOCA") for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 ("FY 2025-26").\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-029, approving Amendment No. 2 to the\nexisting Agreement between the City and County; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.
