20. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S INVESTMENT POLICY (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a “project” subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in\nsection 15378(b)(4) of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as such, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2) Approve the suggested amendment to the City’s Investment Policy as described in the agenda report.
