9. AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nYUNEX, LLC FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS\nTHROUGHOUT THE CITY\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to amend the contract for maintenance\nand repair of traffic signals throughout the City by allocating additional funds to the\ncontract. Associated costs in the amount of $50,000 will be funded by the existing traffic\nsignal maintenance account (11-560230-6240).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment Number 4 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with Yunex, LLC for the maintenance and repair of traffic signals\nthroughout the City; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
