REJECT ALL BIDS FOR INDUSTRIAL STORAGE RACK SYSTEMS (Water & Power Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to\nPublic Resources Code Section 21080(b)(5) (projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves) and Section 15270 of the State CEQA Guidelines; and\n(2) Reject all bids received by March 12, 2026, in response to the Invitation for Bids for Industrial Storage System Racks.
