11.5\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Contract Services Agreement with\nFireworks & Stage FX America, Inc. for the Bell Gardens Independence Day\nFireworks Show\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a\nContract Services Agreement with Fireworks & Stage FX America, Inc. for\nthe Bell Gardens Independence Day Fireworks Show; and\n2. Direct staff to amend the Agreement with TLC Creative to reschedule the\nMultimedia Laser Show to the Halloween/Dia De Los Muertos event, and\nauthorize payment of the $2,500 rescheduling fee.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution 2026-52\nExhibit 2 - Contract Services Agreement With Exhibits
