Determine the action exempt from the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3);\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution approving a First Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement between the City of Bell Gardens and\nKimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the continued preparation of the Bell\nGardens Transit Oriented Community Specific Plan; and\n3.
