10.12\nApproval of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Bids for the\nGateway Water Management Authority Recycled Water Main Installation Project\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Recycled Water Main\nInstallation Project (CIP No. 3852);\n2. Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and publish the Notice Inviting\nSealed Bids (NISB); and\n3.
