10.5\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a SAAS and Services Agreement with\nCityBase, Inc. for Cashiering and Kiosks Services Associated with the\nImplementation of the Workday Human Capital Management and Financials\nSystem\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Waive the purchasing policy requirements pursuant to Bell Gardens\nMunicipal Code Section 3.04.100(A); and\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute\nSAAS and Services Agreement with CityBase, Inc. for Cashiering and Kiosks\nServices associated with the implementation of the Workday Human\nCapital Management and Financials System.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2026-44\nExhibit 2 - CityBase Agreement\nExhibit 3 – Pricing Proposal
